Event pricing

Weddings
$1,000
Micro-weddings for up to 48 guests. Requires booking the estate, with a 2-night minimum for setup and checkout.
Corporate events
$500
An offsite setting for meetings, retreats, trainings and team gatherings.
Small gatherings
$250
More than 16 guests: engagement parties, family gatherings, birthdays, dinner parties, graduations, baby showers and bachelor/bachelorette events.

Event fees are in addition to your stay. Every event also has a $500 security deposit, which is fully refundable after check-out provided the property is left in its original condition.

    We'll confirm your event fee and deposit, and help with vendors and timing.

Event FAQ

Do we have to book the house with the event?

Yes. Events are hosted alongside a stay at the 5-bedroom estate, and weddings require a 2-night minimum to allow time for setup and checkout.

How many guests can the Event House hold?

Up to 48 guests. It's best suited to micro-weddings and intimate celebrations.

When can setup begin?

As early as check-in time on the first day of your reservation.

What time does the event need to end?

Music must be off by 10:00 PM, and all event activity follows the house rules.

When do decorations and rentals need to be removed?

Everything — decorations, rentals and event supplies — must be cleared out, and the space left tidy, by checkout time.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, as long as they follow the property's event and access guidelines. We're also happy to share preferred vendors for coordination and other services. Vendors load in at the gravel area behind the house and shouldn't enter through the main house.

Can we host a rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering?

Yes — rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings and other celebrations are welcome during your stay. Let us know in advance; additional fees may apply.

Do the house rules apply to event guests?

Yes. All house rules apply, including no glitter or dye, no open flames indoors, and music off by 10:00 PM. Hot tub and pond safety rules apply to every event guest.

What if it rains?

An outdoor celebration can move inside the Event House, subject to capacity and coordination with us ahead of time.

Where do guests park?

Along the road and in two gravel driveways, for up to about 12 vehicles. Vendors load in at the gravel area behind the house.
