Harrod’s Estate is best suited for micro-weddings of up to 48 guests.

Yes. The house must be booked along with the wedding venue, and a 2-night minimum stay is required.

Wedding event pricing is $3,000 USD, in addition to the cost of booking the home itself. Rehearsal dinners and night-before drinks are priced at $850 USD.

Setup may begin as early as check-in time on the day your reservation begins.

Music must be off by 10:00 PM, and all event activity should wrap up in accordance with house rules.

All decorations, rentals, and event supplies must be cleared by checkout time.

The event space includes a prep kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator, restrooms, and a TV. Plastic round tables and chairs can be provided upon request.

Catering, alcohol service, decor, event insurance, setup and tear-down services, event coordination, and AV are arranged separately.

Vendor load-in should take place in the gravel parking area behind the house. Vendors should not enter through the main house.

Yes. All house rules carry over to events, including no glitter or dye, no open flames indoors, and music off by 10:00 PM.

Yes. Hot tub and pond safety rules apply to all event guests.

Yes. Please leave the space tidy, and make sure all event cleanup and tear-down are completed by checkout time.

Events may incur additional fees and must be arranged with your hosts in advance.

Absolutely! Rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, and other celebrations are welcome during your stay. Just let your host know you’ll be celebrating these in advance. Additional fees may apply.

Yes. We have preferred vendors for wedding coordination and related services if you’d like recommendations, but you’re welcome to use your own vendors as long as they follow the property’s event and access guidelines.

Yes. There is parking along the road and in the two gravel driveways for up to approximately 12 vehicles, with vendor load-in available in the gravel area behind the house.

If you plan to celebrate outdoors and the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can move the gathering into the event space, subject to capacity and prior coordination with your hosts.
